Introduction:
Stockyfly algo currently having two strategies; 1.INDEX PRIMA and 2. HARVEST EDGE which users can use from web or mobile application. Currently, stockyfly algo platform supports three trading accounts i.e, Zerodha, Fyers and Angel One to automate trades on NIFTY, BANK NIFTY and FINNIFTY.
INDEX PRIMA
INDEX PRIMA is the default strategy. Strategy is mostly based on swings and breakout attributes used to find entry points with fixed stop loss. For BANK NIFTY 70 points SL, NIFTY 40 Points SL and FINNIFTY 40 points SL. Supports trailing stop loss and force exit based on market conditions, such as before the stop loss or target is hit, or even above the target. This strategy prefers ATM (AT THE MONEY) and ITM (IN THE MONEY) strike prices to trade.

Major App Update:
ROI is derived from the program’s entry and exit points. Mentioned ROI may differ user to user based upon their lot size (quantity). Mentioned ROI includes brokerage and charges. ROI is calculated with recommended standard setting lot size BANK NIFTY: 3, NIFTY: 5 and FINNIFTY: 5 till 14th September 2024. From 15th September, the suggested lot size is as below.
80K-1L fund slab: BN: 2, N:2, FN:2
1.5L-2.5L fund slab: BN: 3, N:3, FN:3
2.5L-3.5L fund slab: BN: 4, N:4, FN:4
3.5L-5L fund slab: BN: 5, N:5, FN:5
5l+ slab to 10L+: BN: 7-8, N:7-8, FN:7-8, or as per the calculation on base fund size

Favorable & Unfavorable Trading condition:
It was often noticed that in trendy market, targets achieved easily due to the obvious cause of immediate increase in option premium price. However in choppiness (in sideways market) or when trade goes against the algo’s prediction, stoploss hit. Stoploss are close SLs (70 points for BANKNIFTY) and 40 Points for NIFTY & FINNIFTY intraday basis.
HARVEST EDGE
The new strategy started from 2nd September 2024. This strategy is still under observation. Important key points include:
- Aggressive us of trailing stop loss
- For BANK NIFTY 70 points SL, NIFTY 40 Points SL and FINNIFTY 40 points SL.
Harvest Edge prioritizes minimizing risk by using trailing stop losses when trades move in the expected direction. It waits for a while and keeps trailing SL if trend moves in predicted direction. Also, mostly exit on/before SL hit.
Recent Update: In initial days, this new strategy was allowed to take multiple trades in a day, however is now restricted to take limited trades on filtration of higher time frame only.
From 15th September, the suggested lot size is as below.
80K-1L fund slab: BN: 2, N:2, FN:2
1.5L-2.5L fund slab: BN: 3, N:3, FN:3
2.5L-3.5L fund slab: BN: 4, N:4, FN:4
3.5L-5L fund slab: BN: 5, N:5, FN:5
5l+ slab to 10L+: BN: 7-8, N:7-8, FN:7-8, or as per the calculation on base fund size
Exit Conditions for all strategies:
- Exit with 1:1 to 1:1+ if Stoploss is not trailed
- Exit before Stoploss hits (if trend is changed)
- Exit before target hit (if faced resistance)
- Exit above 1:1+ Risk:Reward if momentum in predicted direction in less time
- Exit with 1:1 to 1:1+ if Stoploss is trailed
- Manual exit of trades by users from their trading accounts
- Exit before 1:1 Risk:Reward if consolidated for a long time or trend change or near buying price or near Stoploss or Target Price.
Configuration Settings
User can easily configure followings using stockyfly web or mobile app;
- Lot size for NIFTY, BANK NIFTY & FINNIFTY
- Stop automated trading on few conditions i.g, if 1st trade in profit or 1st trade in loss or first two trades in profit, etc.
- Can set maximum number of trades per day
- Can enable or disable Hero or Zero trades (positional small risk trades) and lot sizes for Hero or Zero Trades
